How is Majestic Landscape different from other companies?

Most of our work comes from referrals and repeat customers, so we live or die by how every job turns out—there's no hiding a rushed project when your neighbor sees it every day. We take projects from the first idea to the finished result, so the vision you start with is the one you end up with. And we build for the long haul: our goal is to drive past a project years later and still be proud of how it looks.

What happens if I already have landscape plans?

We'd love to see any plans you already have. We'll go over them with you, talk through any adjustments you'd like to make, and figure out the best way to bring your plan to life. Our top priority is making your vision happen within your budget.

What about my underground utilities?

We contact Diggers Hotline to mark underground utilities before work begins.

Do I need to be home while you're working?

Only if you want to. Our Client Portal gives you pictures of what we're doing and informs you of our arrival and departure times! Access the portal by clicking Client Login in the menu above!

How long will it take to complete my project?

It depends on the size and complexity of the work—a quick cleanup is a different story from a full backyard build. When we present your design and plan, we'll include a realistic timeline so you know what to expect from start to finish.

How do you handle our budget—and what if the project changes along the way?

Staying on budget comes down to knowing materials. We've worked with a wide range of materials and designs, so we can keep your project's scope and quality intact while finding cost-effective ways to hit your number. Our customer portal keeps things transparent, too—you can see where your budget and expenses stand at any point in the job. And if you want to adjust the scope partway through—whether that's adding something or scaling back—we'll write up a change order so the new cost is clear before any work begins.

Do you offer payment terms and financing?

Yes. We break payment into milestones tied to your project's progress—one when the project is scheduled, one when installation begins, one at the midpoint, and a final payment when everything's complete. That keeps things predictable, and it means you're never paying too far ahead of the work. Prefer to spread the cost out? We've partnered with Wisetack to offer flexible financing, so a larger project like a new patio or a full landscape makeover can fit your budget as manageable monthly payments instead of one upfront cost. Applying is quick, and the terms are clear and upfront. All financing is subject to credit approval, and your terms may vary. Payment options through Wisetack are provided by our lending partners.
